We want you to shop with confidence at Over Smart Gadget. Please review our policy carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

  • We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or “not liking the product.”

  • Delivery is closed-box; courier staff cannot allow trials or testing.

2. Delivery Information

  • Dhaka delivery: within 72 hours

  • Outside Dhaka: within 48–96 hours

  • Tracking link provided after dispatch

  • Delays possible in case of disaster, strikes, or political events

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Customers must record a full unboxing video after delivery.

  • Video is required for claims regarding missing, wrong, or defective items.

  • Without proof, requests cannot be processed.

4. Warranty & Returns

  • Products with warranty (3/6/12 months) may be returned if defective within the warranty period.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Use only Sundarban, Pathao, RedX, eCourier, or Steadfast courier services. (No SA Paribahan).

  • Items must be sent with all accessories, original packaging, and in resellable condition.

5. Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Broken seals or removed warranty stickers

  • Missing accessories (chargers, adapters, gifts)

  • Software or device compatibility issues

  • Scratches, glue marks, or signs of misuse

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 7–14 business days after inspection.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
